HM Consul General
Guy Warrington took up the post of Consul General in Dubai in July 2008.
His previous job was Minister Counsellor in the British Embassy Seoul, South Korea where he was also director of Trade and Investment. Before that he was posted to Singapore and with the UK Mission to the United Nations in both Geneva and New York. In London he has worked in the Middle East Directorate (covering the Levant region), the United Nations Department and on Drugs and International Crime issues.
Guy was educated at Bedales School and the London School of Economics where he studied International Relations. He is married to Karen.
